Camera malfunctions under normal usage

Non-functioning or dead on arrival units (reported within 7 days)

Battery or charging issues due to hardware failure (not misuse)
❌ What’s NOT Covered:

Accidental damage, water damage, or drops

Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, scuffs)

Damage from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs

Lost or stolen items

Accessories (chargers, straps, etc.) are not covered under warranty
