1. Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from the United States. Most products are stored and shipped directly from our Ohio-based warehouse.


2. How long does shipping take?

  • USA Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)

We typically ship orders within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order Page to enter your order number and email for real-time tracking.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed.


5. Do you offer refunds or returns?

6. Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, it may already be processed or shipped.
